The patient portal is a secure online service for you to access your health information such as allergies, long term conditions and laboratory test results. You can also request prescriptions and book appointments online through your portal account. We offer a hybrid walk-in and appointment system, the choice is yours.
Registration must be done in person to prevent identity fraud. Please bring photo ID. The portal is available to registered patients only, this is an optional service and is provided free of charge.
Personal rather than work emails are preferred as you are accessing personal health information. For families each adult person requires one account and unique email, except for children under 16 who can be linked to a nominated parent’s account. We will then set it up for you and you will receive an email with a username and a temporary password.
There are special considerations for young people and adolescents accessing health information. These include issues around consent and the Health Information Privacy Code Act. Please refer to this document for more information.
