About Portal: 

The patient portal is a secure online service for you to access your health information such as allergies, long term conditions and laboratory test results. You can also request repeat prescriptions and book appointments online through your portal account. We offer in person, video, and phone consultations. You can choose when making a booking.

 

Registration: 

Registration must be done with photo ID proof to prevent identity fraud. The portal is available to registered patients only, this is an optional service and is provided free of charge. You can sign-up online.

Personal rather than work emails are preferred as you are accessing personal health information. For families each adult person requires one account and unique email, except for children under 16 who can be linked to a nominated parent’s account. We will then set it up for you and you will receive an email with a username and a temporary password.

There are special considerations for young people and adolescents accessing health information. These include issues around consent and the Health Information Privacy Code Act. Please refer to this document for more information.

We absorb the costs associated with this service for our enrolled patients.

 

Once Registered:

Follow the instructions on the welcome email and then click to open up the portal.

If you have forgotten your password, please press forgot password to reset your password. If you would like to change or update your email address, please tell reception.
