Registration: 

Must be done in person to prevent identity fraud. Please bring photo ID

Personal rather than work emails are preferred as you are accessing personal health information. For families each adult person requires one account and unique email, except for children under 16 who can be linked to a nominated parent’s account. We will then set it up for you and you will receive an email with a username and a temporary password.

Once Registered:

Click to open up the portal, where you can login to access health information such as allergies, long term conditions and laboratory test results. You can also request prescriptions.

Later in the year we are looking at introducing a hybrid system of walk-in and appointments. You will be able to book appointments through the portal.

Patient Portal User Guide – click here to download. At this time we are unable to offer any face to face tutorials (we are still learning how to use it ourselves!) However we have found it quite intuitive.

There are special considerations for young people and adolescents accessing health information. These include issues around consent and the HIPC act. Please refer to this document for more information.

We absorb the costs associated with this service for our enroled patients.
