The patient portal is a secure online service for you to access your health information such as allergies, long term conditions and laboratory test results. You can also request repeat prescriptions and book appointments online through your portal account. We offer in person, video, and phone consultations. You can choose when making a booking.
Registration must be done with photo ID proof to prevent identity fraud. The portal is available to registered patients only, this is an optional service and is provided free of charge.
Personal rather than work emails are preferred as you are accessing personal health information. For families each adult person requires one account and unique email. We will then set it up for you and you will receive an email with an activation code.
The patient portal is only available for patients aged 16 and above.
We absorb the costs associated with this service for our enrolled patients.
