You can login to access health information such as allergies, long term conditions and laboratory test results. You can also request prescriptions and book appointments. We offer a hybrid walk-in and appointment system, the choice is yours.
Must be done in person to prevent identity fraud. Please bring photo ID.
Personal rather than work emails are preferred as you are accessing personal health information. For families each adult person requires one account and unique email, except for children under 16 who can be linked to a nominated parent’s account. We will then set it up for you and you will receive an email with a username and a temporary password.
There are special considerations for young people and adolescents accessing health information. These include issues around consent and the Health Information Privacy Code Act. Please refer to this document for more information.
Follow the instructions on the welcome email and then click to open up the portal.
