PORTAL RE-OPENS, TRIAGE PROCESS ENDS

Thank you for your patience and support over a very difficult 8 months for everyone. Our triage process served our patients well over this extra-ordinary time of hugely increased demand for our services and we were able to manage most of your concerns on the day.
Now that there is very little community covid, and the worse of the winter illnesses has passed, we are returning  to our old system of appointments.
We have opened the portal today, you can book an appointment yourself from Monday 10th to see a doctor. Alternatively you can call reception for an appointment on 09-5796147. For all nurse appointments, please phone reception.

All standard appointments are 15 minutes. If you have multiple issues for your doctor to diagnose and manage, please book a double appointment. A double charge applies for a double appointment. Children 13 and under remain free.

We do anticipate that you may not be able to get a same-day appointment if all bookings are full.
If you feel you do need to be seen urgently and we are fully booked, you can either speak to our nurses for advice, call Healthline 0800 611 116 for advice, or go to your local A&E. We will not have a dedicated doctor on triage from Monday, so we will not be able to offer a quick car-park review to everyone as we have done since February.

If there is another covid surge next year, we will activate our triage process again.
