Staff Covid-19 Vaccination

We are still in the border worker stage of vaccination. However with this process there is occasionally some left over vaccine (it can’t be stored for long when unfrozen) which is used at short notice for frontline healthcare workers. We got a call on Sunday 7th March offering some of this overflow vaccine and we are excited to report that many of the Ellerslie Medical staff were able to get vaccinated at short notice! The booster dose is due in three weeks.
